When logic is powerless...
📜 The desire to distinguish between two kinds of perception (intuitive and logical) dates back to antiquity.
It has been proved in the modern world that developing your intuition is possible and it’s not very difficult!
How can I hear my inner voice?
Strong self-confidence is the foundation for successfully training your Sixth Sense.
✨ Tip #1
Use grounding techniques before starting the exercises. Grounding techniques help bring your attention back to the present moment, calm the mind, and reduce anxiety.
🧩 We made some exercises for intuition development with different levels of complexity.
The order in which you use them doesn’t matter — the main thing is to practice daily.
✨ Tip #2
Meditate. Intuition becomes sharper when we meditate. This is also when the questions you seek answers to may arise. Use meditations that work for you, such as the Silva method or any other.
⚙️ How does it work?
Before pressing the button on the screen, listen to your inner voice (it might be a visual or sound association).
Then – and this is very important – try to remember that feeling or association before pressing the button.
Compare it with the result (correct or incorrect).
The main goal of the practice is to hear and recognise your intuition’s answers.
About 10 minutes of daily practice can dramatically boost the effectiveness of your Gut Feeling.
Developing intuition takes persistence, practice, and belief in yourself!
✨ Tip #3
Use affirmations. Affirmations are intentional statements that strengthen self-esteem and focus your attention on the experience you want to cultivate, such as connecting with your inner vision. Say them out loud, keep them visible, and repeat them until they feel natural. A simple phrase like “I am intuitive” is a great starting point, especially if you haven’t trusted your intuition before. Other examples: “I am knowing”, “I am spiritual”, “I live in the present moment” etc.
